- Independently handle the mandate from client, thorough and in depth communication with clients to understand visible and invisible information about the client and the position. - Indentify target candidates; make phone calls, screen and interview candidates, and present candidates’ profiles to clients according to client requirements. - Help client to arrange interviews and solve all conflicts and problems during the process. - Proactively involve in offer negotiation, make reference checks. - Develop and maintain good relationships with candidates, provide career development advice. - Develop and maintain good business relationships with clients within the assigned field.
