Financial Management: • Financial analysis of all business units, including: • Business Parks > 10 000+ sqm • Property Holding companies • Management & Brokerage 2. Acquisition Management: • Deal sourcing, negotiation, due diligence investigation, and financial modelling for all potential acquisitions that fall within the growth strategy. • Conducting cash flow/feasibility modelling and analysis from the ground up to assess the viability of projects against the firm’s risk and return parameters. • Completing detailed and complex risk analysis of real estate investment and development projects. • Completing comprehensive senior debt and equity finance applications, including innovative financing solutions.3. Asset Management: • Existing and new project monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting relating to individual property performance. • Provision of material KPI's for each business unit and targets required to achieve optimal profitability. • Management of cash flow and yield tracking in comparison to projections.4. Portfolio Management: • Provision of group portfolio stats, including a segmented product model, to ensure optimal profitability of product provision to the market. • Portfolio optimization including gearing capacity and growth forecasts.5. Strategy: • Providing strategic & analytical advice to the management team on ways to optimize the profitability of potential funds or projects, and offer advice on trends & variations apparent in the group portfolio. • Assist in growth planning for the group.
