As a Relationship Manager, I was responsible for up-selling products and developing promotions to grow PayPal Merchant Service business with the top and medium size PayPal merchant in Hong Kong. In conjunction with Sales, Integration, Marketing, Product and Customer Service teams, I was responsible for orchestrating efforts to drive growth in PayPal volume and market share. Through open and collaborative engagements, I was also focus on building and maintaining successful long-term relationships with PayPal key Merchants.

As a Senior Account Manager at First Data Merchant Solutions (formerly known as Merchant Solutions, a joint venture between Standard Chartered Bank and First Data International), which specializes in merchant acquiring business, I was responsible for account management for key existing merchants and acquisition for new merchants respectively. This position provides one stop service to merchants, which includes negotiation of business offers, acquisition, KYC process, implementation and client services.

As an Assistant Membership Manager at the Hong Kong Jockey Club, I was responsible for overseeing the whole service operations to ensure the premium services were delivered to their prestigious Jockey Club Members. In addition, I was also responsible for project developments, implementations and launches of various marketing programs based on the racing calendar. This position required skill in managing different aspects of business, thus obtaining an all round management experiences, i.e. sales & marketing, project development and implementation, customer services and operations.

At VISA International Service Association, I was a Business Development Manager. My responsibility was to serve the member banks, which are Visa Card issuers in Hong Kong. I provided business and service support, identified business and product opportunities, structured and closed incentive deals and maintained a positive business relationship with the member banks in general.

At American Express International Inc., I was their Implementation Consultant specializing in Corporate Purchasing Solutions. I was solely responsible for implementing the solution, including pre-sale, implementation, client servicing and monitoring for major multinational corporations in the AP Region. I led the project team, worked with the clients, to implement the solution in order to drive significant savings to the clients, led to an increased business volume for American Express. This position refined my project leadership and relationship management skills as constant contacts with clients and internal departments.

As a Project Manager at 800 TeleServices (HK) Ltd., I was responsible for project management including planning, implementation and monitoring of all call centre program implementations. In addition, I was actively involved in the pre-sale support and client servicing. This position required excellent negotiation, management and coordination skills, as it is the heart of all projects.

At EDS Electronic Data Systems (HK) Ltd., I was the Business Analyst. Being one of the pioneers in establishing the first Asia Pacific Regional Customer Assistance Centre for EDS in Hong Kong, I was responsible for project development and implementation, ISO management and overseeing the operation of the Customer Assistance Centre. Providing sales supports, client servicing and trainings for new hirers were some of my many responsibilities.
