As a graduate of finance at Iowa State University and with previous experience working as a wedding coordinator for The Celebration Farm, I continue to further my experiences to become the best businessman possible. My management background at The Celebration Farm paired with my ability to work well with new clients on a weekly basis will help contribute to company success. As a manager in the wedding industry I was often greeted with unforeseen circumstances that arose on the job. These situations helped me learn to be calm under high pressure situations which has not only transferred to future business experiences, but also in personal dilemmas that have arisen at school and in my every day life. As a Sales Associate with The Boat House I have further developed my person-to-person communication with new customers. Additionally, I have learned to manage a Customer Relations Model (CRM) which provides co-workers and customers with pivotal information that ultimately leads to an ideal buying experience for our customers. As I have become better acclimated with the boating industry in the last year, I have developed my knowledge and provided both new and previous owners with a fun, stress free buying experience.
