I conducted a comprehensive literature review on object detection methods, with a focus on detecting inconsistent scene objects and weapons. Additionally, I developed and tested a weapons detection model to assist the University Police Department in visual environment training. This is done by using YOLOv8 and Roboflow, training it on annotated datasets. I validated the model's performance using police body camera and CCTV footage, achieving notable speed and promising initial accuracy.

I played a pivotal role in the development of an online platform that fostered communication and data sharing among residents, water users, and stakeholders affected by the ongoing Southwest drought. My responsibilities included developing and managing a data crawler, which collected information from online news articles and Reddit, facilitating the gathering of firsthand accounts, news reports, and responses from the community, government, and NGOs. This experience enhanced my skills in data collection, analysis, and community engagement.

I am currently working on GuardAI Startup, focusing on safeguarding GenAI applications from privacy breaches, harmful messages, and user-defined risks.• Formulated targeted marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and client feedback, utilizing data-driven insights to find and optimize client outreach.• Identified and contacted potential clients through strategic email campaigns, successfully generating leads and fostering relationships with key industry stakeholders.• Designed and developed an effective landing page for the company website, focusing on enhancing visibility and facilitating product demonstrations to attract potential customers.

I was attached to the consulting team as a data science expert, providing technical support that translated data analytics and insights into actionable business strategies for PwC’s partners, with a particular focus on helping them incorporate AI into their operations. One of the more notable projects was a collaboration with a major bank on a machine learning-based Predictive Loan Risk Assessment Model, where I evaluated and tested various ML models, successfully achieving a 15% improvement in accuracy.
