After being Officer Commanding Weapons Flight, I spent over a year as second in command of the unit. Responsible for planning and leading overseas deployments, setting and monitoring key outputs in addition to being a senior supervisor.

As the Requirements Manager for surface attack, I interfaced with Military and Industry patterns, setting requirements for future weapons. Assisting with project management and the organizing and running of UK and overseas trials.

Responsible for tactical development and instruction on the squadron. Assisted with the introduction of an Advanced Targeting Pod in service, developing and implementing tactics and instructional material.
