Court Appointed Receiver with 26+ years experience. I have personally handled over 700 cases during the past 26+ years as a court-appointed receiver, broker, and adviser in loan workouts. The art and science of effectively negotiating through a turnaround, workout, or receivership has many nuances and hidden potholes where experience makes a difference in the recovery. I have dedicated my entire career to this industry with more than 30,000 hours of hands-on management, negotiation, and communication to Plaintiffs, Defendants, and Courts.
