With over 18 years of experience in the automotive industry, I have built my career around problem-solving and technical expertise, specializing in software and electrical fault tracing for Volvo vehicles. My journey began as a Volvo technician, where I spent over twelve years mastering hands-on diagnostics and repair. Since 2016, I’ve worked at Volvo Car USA, progressing through various roles, including technical specialist, field technical specialist, product follow-up engineer, and my current position as a technical support engineer. This progression showcases my dedication and growth in the industry. In my current role, I focus on diagnosing and resolving complex software and electrical issues directly on vehicles and indirectly by providing guidance and support to internal teams and Volvo retailers. I take pride in troubleshooting the most challenging cases, offering strategic advice from my extensive experience, and ensuring vehicle software updates and installations go smoothly. I am passionate about data analysis and bridging the gap between different levels of support and departments. Leveraging my strong background in electrical and software diagnostics and technical support, I continuously look for ways to enhance team communication and collaboration to drive efficient problem-solving and long-term solutions.
