This includes trend and gap analysis to support the senior management team for appropriate resource allocation decisions.• Work closely with marketing team in the process of brand plan development and evaluation of the financial impact of alternative courses of action.• Owner of price build process - cooperate with marketing brand managers and sales managers on price building and margin review.• Drive the development and implementation of Board Forecasting/Budgeting system to achieve a great accuracy of forecasts and outlooks, improved efficiencies in the process and ultimately better business insight. • Manage the creation / enhancement of data warehouse with accurate financial and commercial data.• Partner with stakeholders to meet constantly evolving business insights needs, develops and maintains reports and ad-hoc requests as required.

• Analyze variance of Actual versus Forecast/Budget for various business divisions and provide commentary• Prepare monthly/yearly finance reports package including management reports• Manage the yearly budget preparation and review of Sales and Marketing information and its subsequent loading into financial and reporting systems• Developed a strong understanding of ERP systems through participating in the upgrade and implementation of Microsoft NAV• Support finance users in addressing system interface related issues with IT• Participated in e-commerce project with business partners• Maintain and manage the development of new reporting tools and reports• Review standard cost for all brands/SKUs (including purchase price, inbound cost, Duty and FX rate etc.) • Analyze monthly Inventory valuation report, standard cost variance report as well as Inventory turnover report, and comment on potential issues
