As an F&B Operations Manager in the Casino F&B department within Marina Bay Sands, Singapore which is the leading Integrated Resort in South East Asia. Portfolio involves leading in day-to-day operations, focus on strategic revenue growth and supporting in both marketing initiatives and administration duties. Heading the largest 24 hour F&B outlet within the casino while assisting 2 other smaller F&B outlet operations within. Ensure that all operations are running at optimum level.

My job scope involves the responsibility for the overall operation of both in house and off-site events catered by the club. The fundamentals includes, event and menu planning, customer service relations, vendor relations, etc.Events managed consist of corporate and social events, ranging from meetings, conferences, Dinner and Dance, weddings, etc.My specialization include organizing members' private events and wedding functions, tailored made to suit their requirements.
