-- Local new program development (GAC-FIAT) Project Chief Guarantee the development of BIW according to quality, time and cost objectives and ensure compliance with technical requirements. - Technical specification leads to support sourcing. - Lead Component Cost, Weight, & Investment (CWI) activities for vehicle model. - Manages all product cards, support timing of the program, and provides the interface to procurement. - Manage change management (Documentation, cost & timing, implementation). - Lead build coordination.-- Local program engineering support (GAC-FIAT C-MEDIUM) Team Leader - Source package generation and releasing for local JV program. - Technical Review with potential supplier. / Engineering support to the supplier in project development. - Lead the upperbody part releasing. - Engineering change management and coordination.-- Global sourcing project engineering support Senior Engineer - Engineering evaluation for potential local suppliers. - Follow up projects with SQE & Buyer in AQP process. Responsible for all the engineering related issues during the development. (DVP&R/Gage/PV test…)-- Advanced study on car body structure Senior Engineer - Lead the front end architecture investigation based on Pedestrian Protection requirement. - Lead the study on application of lightweight material of BIW component.
