 Led quarterly, yearly forecast and monthly financial closing cycle for Greater China Group 6 Billion USD business by establishing forecast target relate to revenue generation, cost spending and cashflow management, monitoring performance. Took the responsibility for consolidation and preparation of the forecast and financial closing reports for Greater China Group. Developed key financial models to provide deeper insights into business: Resource Balancing Model – Diagnostic model to explore the level of balance between Financial Performance and Resource Deployment for products and client groups. Propensity to Buy Model – Predictive model to help sales to better understand the various needs of different clients, in order to provide comprehensive customized solution for clients. Designed the new Industry Coverage Sales Structure in the 6 months business transformation project, which helped the 4 Billion USD Hardware and Software business of Greater China Group shift to a more resource efficient and cost effective sales structure to serve the evolving market demand and challenges. Took the responsibility as Industry Controller after the deployment of the Industry Coverage Sales Structure, worked closely together with the industry sales teams, with total number of more than 200 sales representatives, to monitor their resource deployment and performance achievement under the new structure

 Led a team of 5 consolidation accountants to consolidated monthly and yearly P&L and Statutory Reports for Asia Pacific Regions, provided guidance regarding to ledger bookings and accounts reconciliation for revenue and cost accounting teams. In charge of regional USGAAP adjustments caused by US and local legislation difference, which to be included in the Annual Report, and to fulfill other external reporting requirements.
