With 16 years of experience in the industry, I am committed to continuous learning and self-improvement. I then joined the 100 Maneiras group, where I spent nine years honing my skills. During this time, we achieved significant accolades, including Monocle's 2017 award for Best Restaurant in the World (Bistro 100 Maneiras) and our first Michelin star (100 Maneiras Restaurante).Following this, I contributed to the success of Onda Cocktail Room, establishing it as a renowned bar in Portugal. I had a brief tenure at Ninho, a luxury members club, where I managed two outlets. Subsequently, I joined Monarch, a cocktail bar in one of Lisbon's busiest areas, helping to launch it from the ground up.Currently, I am undertaking the most challenging role of my career at Adare Manor in Ireland, recognized in 2022 as the Best Resort Hotel in the World by Conde Nasté and consistently featured in Forbes' listings. As the Resort Mixologist, I am responsible for the mixology program across all F&B outlets. Adare Manor is set to host the prestigious Ryder Cup in 2027, and I am excited to contribute to this landmark event.
