Physician assistant at the Emergency department in Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital

Since March 2021, I've been in charge of the medical students exchange program at the Hebrew university. The role include designing a schedule in accordance with several groups, including foreign students, medical departments etc. Moreover, most of my conversations include seniors. The job request flexibility, the ability to solve unexpected problems quickly, and have a great team work with other facilities and department at the university.

In this role I've been part of the Camper Care team of Camp Zeke.We had responsibility on over 500 kids between 7-17 years old through the summer.Part of our job was to ensure campers have a successful and fun camp experience. Each camper is an own individual, with her/his specific needs. - We kept tract on every kid needs. - We had morning routine meetings.- One on One talks in order to establish a "trustful" connection with the campers.

I am certified by the red-cross as a lifeguard. The job include: - Team work- High responsibility- Overseeing activities at an aquatic facility, both lake and pool.- Assisting with swimming lessons- Explaining and enforcing rules, regulations, and policies to ensure the safety of the children's- Responding to emergencies and rescuing swimmers in danger of drowning- Performing first aid proceduresAs a camp counselor I had to manage and be responsible for a 6-7 years old group of kids. As their counselor I managed the activity's of the group, wealth, personal problems etc.
