Since March 2021, I've been in charge of the medical students exchange program at the Hebrew university. The role include designing a schedule in accordance with several groups, including foreign students, medical departments etc. Moreover, most of my conversations include seniors. In this role I've been part of the Camper Care team of Camp Zeke.We had responsibility on over 500 kids between 7-17 years old through the summer.Part of our job was to ensure campers have a successful and fun camp experience. Each camper is an own individual, with her/his specific needs. - We kept tract on every kid needs. - We had morning routine meetings.- One on One talks in order to establish a "trustful" connection with the campers.
