Responsible for the day to day operations for the company's full fleet of managed and partially managed vessels. I took over operations a month before Hurricanes Irma and Maria ravaged the US and British Virgin Islands. My company was responsible for managing, in various capacities, up to 26 vessels in the aftermath of the storms. I managed to fulfill contractual engagements to owners, crew, and clients and only had to cancel 1, week long charter for 6 guests. I did this in the vacuum of infrastructure and basic supplies. I organized haul outs and maintenance for various boats across the Caribbean while still maintaining their needs to be at certain locations for existing charters. I also managed the accounting for all the yachts' and crews' expenses.

Captain on "More Amore" a 62' Sailing Catamaran. I was responsible for the safety of my clients, their vacation experience, and their privacy. Charters would last anywhere between 3 days to 10 days and my typical cruising grounds for this company were the US Virgin Islands, Spanish Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, as well as other leeward islands as far south as Martinique. It was also my responsibility to maintain a "turnkey" readiness for the yacht so that I could provide a 5-star charter experience within 24 hours of a phone call at all times. This included routine maintenance, yearly boatyard haul outs, and seasonal hurricane preparedness.
