Working here is where I got my first real world taste of sales experience. Everyday I was required to go out into customer's homes and sell our service, in very little time I felt comfortable speaking to customers and catering to their needs to come to an agreement. I was a very successful salesman, never afraid to step up and push the sale, but at the same time keeping in mind that building a good customer relationship is critical to building customer value for the organization. Furthermore, everyday I was responsible for managing my team, ensuring their satisfaction and safety while at the same time making sure that everything was being done efficiently and catering to customer's needs.
