My role, working as a Customer Service Representative at the Suburban Hubs sees me as a primary point of contact for Hub users. I am responsible for welcoming and escorting users and assisting with their enquiries to help staff work comfortably on site. I regularly liaise with key stakeholders, manage user bookings, gather statistics and oversee day-to-day.
