Responsibilities:• Planning resources such as people, time and scope for base lining projects and running them through Industrial Engineering studies eg. time study, workload balance, capacity calculations and process mapping in order to maximize their capacity, optimization and continuous improvement. • Forecasting and managing resources through production planning tools allowing resource-sharing with other departments by taking advantage of in-flow volume seasonality.
