Activities included implementation of suppliers tail rationalization, aggregate demand, price leverage, compliance management, inventory management according related findings from spend analysis- 10 months IPO (International Procurement Organization) setup project, registered and managed IPO operated in China for client and performed sourcing and procurement, staffing, recruiting, selected functional partner, and successfully transferred to its new built-up purchasing team. Well defined sourcing strategies and category strategies were development and executed to achieve total cost saving targets- 3 months sourcing strategies developed and implementation project, for an MNC group’s Capex and MRO procurement different plants in China and achieved 15-20% saving by packages- 3 months completed supply chain assessment and improvement project, for a leading local locomotive group, to utilize Accenture tool SCPA – supply chain performance assessment and output as sourcing strategies development, saving plan and supplier relationship management

- Direct sourcing for all components for alternator and starter motor, including machining part, casting, plastics and electronics - Managed localization initiatives in China and other LCCs to delivery attractive pricing, saving ranges from 15-35%.
