I taught all of the Anthropology and Music classes for South Central College in Mankato, MN. I taught both on-line and normal classroom classes. Classes in my discipline include: Introduction to Anthropology, Cultural Anthropology, Music in the Global Perspective, Music Theory, Class Guitar and Choir. Other classes taught included: First Year Experience and Capstone classes. I served as the co-chair for the Curriculum Committee and chair for the Curriculum Redesign and Bylaws Committee. My duties included running the monthly meetings of the Curriculum Committee and oversight of a new redesigned process for expediting a newer more efficient curriculum flow through our college and the Minnesota State Universities and Colleges (MNSCU) system. I also served on the SCC Diversity Committee.

My duties included teaching one or two sections of anthropology each semester for the Mankato State University’s Extended Campus program. Classes taught were: Introduction to Anthropology, Peoples; An Anthropological Perspective, and Ancient Peoples. My classes were taught at off-campus locations. I also have extensive experience in teaching on-line classes and Interactive Television (ITV) classes.

Southern Minnesota Region

I would coordinate all the activities of the SMN/ACF. This includes organizing and overseeing all meetings, linking composers to community organizations, writing grant proposals, locating and securing performance venues, and overseeing all activities sponsored by the SMN/ACF.

St. Peter, Mn

I taught anthropology for Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN. The classes that I have taught for Gustavus include: Cultural Anthropology, North American Indians, and Anthropological Theory. All classes taught were on-campus.

I worked under the supervision of Dr. Richard Strachan and Kathleen Retzel. I performed many different roles for the company some of which included field supervisor and agricultural consultant were two of the most important. I was also expected to contribute to the writing of the project reports. I have worked on Paleolithic, Archaic, Woodland, and Mississippian Indian sites and I have also worked with human remains and know the legal processes involved in the Upper Mid-West.
