I was responsible to support SAP activities in the different modules resolving Incidents for Americas Region in countries like Canada, USA, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Venezuela, Ecuador supporting SAP modules SD, MM, PP, APO, CRM, GTS, MM, I was working closely with my counterparts in different regions EMEA, APAC (Finland, Germany ,Romania, Hungary, China, India, Singapore, Korea ) to resolve business incidents Problems and Service Requests in Intercompany Sales, Sales Order process, Purchase order process, Stock Transfer Shipping (Loading Packing and Post goods Issue) Availability Check Delivery Creation and Splitting, Billing, Invoicing and EDI troubleshooting, implement changes to SAP, infra security or network configuration items According to IT Service Management processes used in IT. Perform day-to-day operational activities to maintain the data center ITSM. Maintain knowledge database with known resolutions & workarounds for users and other IT specialists. Provide SAP trainings to users and IT specialist; provide technical integration between project and product. Participate in SAP Testing and configuration in the different SAP environments Sandbox, Development, Quality, and Production. Participate in projects as IT specialist and working close with T3 counterparts supporting projects in SD module following SOX controls within the organization and taken in consideration project phases for implementations, maintain HP Quality Center for Integration testing and Regression testing, some of the projects I was working with different responsibilities Transportation and tracking SAP module LE – Revenue Recognition SAP Module LE- Fine Scheduling in APO –Gear –IHL - SAP Renewal ECC, MX E-Invoicing in SD module, A-PIPES SD module, E-PIPES SD module.
