Position required the ability to work independently with a high level of precision and maintain a hands-on approach to direct the laboratory team. • Commissioned entire plant laboratory, trained laboratory staff in Bahrain on all procedures and assisted plant startup with GC coverage and conducted laboratory performance auditing during important plant performance certifications• Developed procedures and trained new Midrex laboratory staff in ICP-OES, XRF, XRD, titration, carbon sulfur analysis with LECO technology, physical testing, operating specific furnaces and instrumentation in iron making.
