Som en engagerad och erfaren ledare inom hållbarhet och miljöarbete, drivs jag av en passion för att skapa en mer hållbar framtid. Genom att kombinera strategiskt tänkande med praktisk erfarenhet, har jag lett och utvecklat projekt på både regional och internationell nivå, alltid med de globala målen som en central kompass.Under min tid som chef för marina skyddsområden i Skåne har jag arbetat målmedvetet med att integrera de globala målen, europeiska Natura 2000-målen och den nationella Agenda 2030 i vårt arbete för att främja skydd och hållbar utveckling. Detta arbete har innefattat ledarskap och samordning av komplexa initiativ som spänner över flera länder och organisationer, inklusive min roll som ordförande för den Nordisk-Baltiska sektionen av EUROPARC-federationen. Här har jag haft förmånen att leda åtta länder och 50 medlemmar i gemensamma ansträngningar för att uppnå hållbarhetsmålen.Jag har också varit en aktiv del av den europeiska familjen för hållbar turism sedan 2017, där vårt arbete har uppmärksammats och belönats på internationell nivå. Min ambition har alltid varit att inte bara uppfylla, utan också överträffa förväntningarna på vad som kan uppnås inom hållbarhetsområdet.Genom mitt ledarskap har jag kunnat bygga starka, välfungerande team som gång på gång har visat sig vara framstående inom sina områden. Detta reflekteras i de klimatundersökningar och personalundersökningar som genomförts av min arbetsgivare, där mitt team och jag har fått toppbetyg för både vår prestation och arbetsmiljö.Mitt arbete på Kullabergs naturreservat, där vi blev det första svenska skyddade området att utses till en hållbar turismdestination, är ett tydligt exempel på hur målmedvetet ledarskap kan leda till hållbara resultat och långsiktigt engagemang.Min mission är att fortsätta driva och inspirera till förändring genom att omsätta stora ambitioner till konkreta, hållbara resultat. Jag tror starkt på att vi tillsammans kan skapa en bättre framtid för kommande generationer, där miljö och hållbarhet står i centrum för allt vi gör.

Project Manager Marint Visitor CentreLänsstyrelsen Skåne 2012 - 2014Skane County, SwedenCreate interest and commitment among stakeholders and policy makers to initiate cooperation to establish a permanent marine visitor center in north-west Skane. The interest in maritime affairs is increasing and there is a clear trend to experience and explore their local environment. But the sea is currently unknown and inaccessible to many. By establishing smaller marine centers along the coast of the cove and a larger marine visitor center in north-west Skane created capacity and availability, in order to show and tell about the marine environment that characterizes our coast, with its unique flora and fauna. A marine visitor center can also show how people have lived and are living by the sea, how our lifestyle affects plants and animals under the water and how research and new technology can be used to create positive change. By viewing marine environment and its species, together with the surrounding historic landscape and cultural environment, creates a greater consensus with its unique values and resource opportunities for area small-scale tourism. 2012 started the project Marina Visitor Center in Northwest Skåne in order to examine the interest and potential to create a larger permanent marine visitor center based in north-west Skane. Two alternative locations have been identified in the project: Angelholm at Klitterhus, in close proximity to Rönneå and Skälderviken port or at Höganäs harbor. The project Marina Visitor Center has created great interest among the public through the media, exhibitions, among politicians and officials in Ängelholm and Höganäs municipalities. The project emphasizes that there is an opportunity to establish a Southern Sweden unique attractions, all year round to offer educational, fun and believable experiences and sharing of knowledge with a focus on the Kattegat, Kullaberg and Sound.
