Senior Sales Executive
CurrentI´m responsible for strategic accounts in Sweden with multiple offices in Europe. Customers come from Finance, travel, leisure etc. In my roll the following is expected of me:Strategic Sales Planning and Execution:- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets. This includes identifying target markets, potential customers, and the competitive landscape.Uses data-driven insights to forecast sales, set performance goals, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure sustained growth and market penetration.CRM:-Builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals. This involves regular communication, personalized service, and being a trusted advisor.-Ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent post-sale support and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.Lead Generation and Business Development:-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking & referrals. This includes attending industry events, conferences, and leveraging social media platforms.-Develops and nurtures a robust pipeline of qualified leads, using CRM tools to track interactions and progress through the sales funnel.Collaboration:-Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and product offerings.-Product training and stay updated on the latest features and benefits of the company’s CCaaS solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting:-Tracks and analyzes sales performance metrics, such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Uses this data to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make informed decisions.-Prepares regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
