I was a leader of Sika Slovakia logistics team, responsible for purchase of trade goods, customer service, inventory optimalization, continuous cost reduction, organizing of local and international transportation, communication and negotiation with domestic and foreign suppliers and customers including automotive companies, complaint resolution, definition and optimalization of processes, monitoring and ensuring compliance with the guidelines and standards of the parent company and customers.

My position has contained leading of team of people, calculating and responsibility for logistic expenses, daily communication and solving actual problems with foreign suppliers and customers in cooperation with sales and marketing departament, arranging of international and domestic transport, creating weekly reports for our foreign owner, issuing of documents for custom clearance etc..
