- As part of the Sales Team, must take part in weekly sales team meetings for planning and follow-up.- Work with sales team members, program coordinator, and dining services supervisor to plan/oversee at least one public event per month.- Advance relationships between prospects, staff, residents, and families.- Conduct personalized visits, uncover needs and status through the discovery process, and utilize a lead tracking system to document activity.- Take part in sales team meetings, and work with other leadership team members to ensure the sales process is a team effort.- Reach new prospective residents and their families.- Create a positive word of mouth through networking in person and on social media.

- Assist Manager with Inventory audit.- Count Till daily to ensure accuracy with cash transactions.- Assist cook with catering preparations and reservations.- Provide customer experience at register by recieving and serving customer orders.- Key carrier; hold responsibility for opening or closing restaurant throughout the week.
