I completed my placement year at Mondelez International as a Brand Executive within the seasonal chocolate marketing department. I was given real responsibilities from the start of my role, including the management of tasks and projects for big brands such as Cabdury and it's sub-brands including Cabdury's Creme Egg, Cadbury's Mini Egg etc. I obtained invaluable learning and experience in branding, below are some of the key areas of responsibility that were paramount to my personal development during my work role:• Held big responsibilities for some of the Easter and Christmas Cadbury chocolate sub-brands.• Helped build marketing campaigns such as ‘Cadbury’s Secret Santa’ which launched in the Christmas period of 2018.• Managed the designs of new product packaging which will be released into market.• Led the project development of new products being launched into the market.• Managed relationships and projects with external agencies.• Grew insight in the process of building adverts for campaigns and new product launches.• Gained experience in presenting to large groups of people.• Adapted to the fast pace working environment of an international FMCG company.
