My background lies in holistic therapy.Together in groups and one-one, we journey to better holistic wellness, as I adapt my sessions to suit specific individual needs.Using Yoga, movement, breath, stillness, sound, vibration and energy alignment.

All my sessions are bespoke and tailored around each unique individual.Whether that be yoga, or energy healing, we create a session or plan that helps and supports the physical, mental, emotional and because it's a holistic practice, the spiritual self.I call this the "whole self". Working with people who need to get back to feeling more centred, healthy, happy and whole!
