Once upon a time, I was a curious teenager, eager to understand the world and how people think and behave.By 2016, I became a Recruiter. I didn’t know it then, but this was just the beginning of a journey I couldn’t stop. In 2019, I decided to make things more interesting by getting into IT Recruitment. I started working locally as an employee and eventually began working internationally as a freelancer. In 2023, a new opportunity came my way – a six-month Transformational Coaching Class focused on teaching how to help people with financial struggles with compassion and care. With my love for psychology and personal growth, I jumped at the chance to learn something new.Learning about Financial Coaching was like putting the cherry on a delicious cake. It’s funny because I wasn’t exactly good with money myself. I was great at spending, and my money often seemed to disappear quickly. But I learned some valuable lessons!Banometru, a Romanian Financial Health platform created by an NGO and a Bank, noticed how much I had changed and trusted me to help their clients become better with money.At the same time, my colleagues at Banometru discovered my skills in Recruitment, CV writing, and LinkedIn. With a little encouragement (sometimes a lot!), I found a hidden talent – Career Coaching.So here I am today – an International IT Recruiter, a Financial Coach, and a Career Coach. Some of these roles I planned for, others I stumbled into, but I pursue them all with passion and humility.
