I manage a partner engagement team of 20 people based in 3 different locations. Part of the Sales Operations organization and Market Development Program (MDF) I am responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring annual performance plans, coaching and guiding the team on their current job as well as further career development. I ensure that the proper governance, framework and tools are in place to reach team success.
