• Junior Economist in cost-benefit analysis consulting on the implementation of Ecosystem-Based Adaptation Measures in rural areas of the province of Manabí, Ecuador in charge of the EbA LAC Program. Coordination is direct with the technical team of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources (IUCN). Part of the team specialized in the economic section of the project.• Developed forms that collected socioeconomic information; specific information for gathering primary information necessary for the development of consultancies; and forms for the evaluation of acquired knowledge. I develop BI dashboards, reports and documents related to information management and decision making for projects linked to the company.• I participated in a consultancy aimed at the technical team of the Environmental Education Program (PEA) – FONAG. In which, I provided training regarding the creation of forms for collecting program information and the development of dashboards necessary for the systematization of said information. In addition, I monitored and controlled tasks within the framework of this consultancy.• I managed the company's administrative information and coordinated with actors involved in the process.• I established an administrative communication process focused on the management and management of the team of consultants. • I coordinate the aforementioned project, I focus on managing $38,435.00 of resources obtained for the development of the project, as well as the proper functioning of the project and compliance with the activities proposed therein. This is co -financed by the US Embassy Quito and is developed with the support of Fundación EcoMinga, the community of Villaflora de Manduriacu (Imbabura, Ecuador) and Catalina Brown, Fullbright scholar.• I developed a social project with a focus on women and community tourism to present it to the US Embassy Quito.

• I designed 10 social projects for international cooperation financing focused on gender, environmental education, migration, packaging of artisanal products made by rural women. Of which $9,900.00 was achieved for the development of new packaging and traceability of artisan women.• I reestablished the fair-trade certification with the World fair Trade Organization (WFTO). It allows the company to be visible in international markets, mainly in Europe. Increasing 2% in exports.• I achieved the Mucho Mejor Ecuador certification for the promotion and dissemination of artisanal products nationwide.• Facilitator of workshops focused on Technology and Programming, for boys, girls, and adolescents from rural communities in Southern Ecuador; and Family Economy, Entrepreneurship and Fair Trade for rural organizations/associations and university students.• I led training processes with teachers from rural educational units in an international cooperation project with the Inter-American Foundation (IAF) “Rural Women of Pakariñan” and administrative authorization from the MINEDUC.• I managed facilitation processes with boys, girls, adolescents, women, and men from rural communities.• I implemented 7 TED Ed Clubs in 5 rural educational units in the province of Azuay and Cañar, influencing 133 students and 10 teachers.• I managed events and coordinated activities with rural communities in the South of the country.• I managed and coordinated with a group of foreign volunteers to develop projects and activities to benefit the Network and the communities.• I managed, systematized, programmed, and created dashboards for decision making within the ongoing project and for future projects.
