Providing business travel consulting with cost-effective travel options for companies staff and answering any travel-related questions;- Helping customers to determine the best way of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations and accommodation requirements (near point of interest or address);- Compute cost of flight tickets and accommodation using the online sources (specialized websites), negotiated hotel rates or by using booking systems (e.g. LHG Spark, Galileo) - Ensuring Travel Policy Compliance - keeping in mind the travel policy of a company and book accordingly; - Book flight tickets, transfers and hotel reservations after all of the above has been settled;- Offering travel documentation and travel advisories that concern the booked destination;- Re-booking or making alternative travel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances if necessary;- Settling the payment method (direct payment by customer or payment trough the client’s company);- Arrange refunds and handle complaints as soon as they occur.
