Implementation began May 2014 and went live on July 7th. o Managed payroll conversion seminars with local bank to assist employees with the financial transition from a weekly to bi-weekly pay cycle. In addition, to coordinating and training employees and managers on the new time keeping system. o Responsible for all payroll functions and assisting Director’s from all departments in controlling payroll expenses and reporting. • Full-fill a broad range of Human Resources functions, including, but not limited to: recruiting, hiring, new-employee orientations, 401(k) administration, benefit administration, terminations, Cobra administration, workers compensation cases, unemployment cases, performance review system management, end of month reports to General Manager, annual employee surveys, annual EEO and OSHA reporting and other HR duties assigned as needed by the Director of Human Resources, Assistant General Manager, General Manager/CEO and Chief Financial Officer.• Continuously developing, researching and implementing various projects to assist upper management in several areas such as: recruiting, payroll, file management, review systems and database systems.
