Current- 1.Coordinating with S&P(Sourcing & Planning) team:
- Timely updation on the requirement as per demand sheet shared from S&P team to other team members.
- Coordinating with S&P team for the feedback on the sourced profiles.
- Keeping the track of pipeline movement for every 3 days to know the feedback and improve the search criteria as per S&P team ask.2. Sourcing & Screening:
- Sourcing resumes as per the requirements, from the job portals and Social Networking sites (LinkedIn, Face book, Twitter).
- Short listing profiles as per current open positions.
