Current1.Coordinating with S&P(Sourcing & Planning) team:• Timely updation on the requirement as per demand sheet shared from S&P team to other team members.• Coordinating with S&P team for the feedback on the sourced profiles.• Keeping the track of pipeline movement for every 3 days to know the feedback and improve the search criteria as per S&P team ask.2. Sourcing & Screening:• Sourcing resumes as per the requirements, from the job portals and Social Networking sites (LinkedIn, Face book, Twitter).•Short listing profiles as per current open positions. •Conducting preliminary eligibility checks (stability, attitude, academic & professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc) 3. Coordination:•Coordinating with candidates throughout the interview process & until they join & complete Induction Orientation. •Ensuring smooth functioning of all process. Following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.5. Attendance:•Update the Attendance tracker of our team on daily basis in Excel sheet•Publishing the attendance at the end of the month to keep track on the leaves pending & Leaves utilized.6. OPDoc’s:•Collecting & reviewing all the documents from the candidates who have reached final round of interview/Offer Pending Documents pending to roll out offer letter.•Maintaining the database if the documents are in sufficient for the further process.Other Activities in the team:1. Updating the boards (Operation Excellence) on behalf of team on pipeline movement, Absenteeism,2. Mentoring the juniors on the new requirement3. Explaining the JD to whole team when there is a new demand4. Mentoring team members on LinkedIn for the job activities to do.5. Publishing Pipeline movement every week on the sourced profiles to S&P team to update on the feedback6. Updating daily tracking report & Call tracking report in our internal Database maintained for the team
