Responible for- Preparation of compliant slips, binding authorities, lineslips and wordings for agreement by underwriters.- Preparation and processing of LPANs, LCCFs, bordereaux, treaty statements and associated documentation- Maintenance of broker files- Maintenance of the broking system- Liaison with underwriters, coverholders, direct clients and Xchanging- Processing of claims transactions between offices and via Xchanging’s various systems- Preparation and… Show more Responible for- Preparation of compliant slips, binding authorities, lineslips and wordings for agreement by underwriters.- Preparation and processing of LPANs, LCCFs, bordereaux, treaty statements and associated documentation- Maintenance of broker files- Maintenance of the broking system- Liaison with underwriters, coverholders, direct clients and Xchanging- Processing of claims transactions between offices and via Xchanging’s various systems- Preparation and processing of LORS and supporting processes for the syndicate’s direct outwards reinsurance protections- Ensuring premium, claim and reinsurance transactions are correctly processed through the various ledgers to/from the syndicate accounts using the broker software system- Develop and maintain calendar of renewals and regular transactions/accounts via the broker software system- Overseeing sign-off/authorisation process for various transactions- Supporting new business development activities- Support the other sections within Business Support where needed Show less
