- Quoting and issuance of Purchase Orders for the different campaigns throughout the year- Negociation with international suppliers to import products, mainly from China, Brazil, Colombia, Peruand others- Follow up of every purchase from country of origin to delivery place-Import process from origin to destination- Coordination with Forwarders and Customs Clearing Agents- Preparation of purchasing and costs reports- Preparation and Presentarion of annual supply indicators

- Quoting and issuance of Purchase Orders for the different prjects of the company, using theSoftware Marian.- Tabulation and analysis of prices, quality and other indicators of the required materials.- Reception of Pre-invoices for review and respective approval.-Inventory and control of materials.- Coordination of work and follow-up of orders, both with the supplier and the applicant on site,as well as travel to site.

- Preparation and control of Management's Budget.- Transfer and Request for funds.-Invoice registration.- Registration of payments for Services with automatic debit and Bank commissions.
