- Organize events and activities to strengthen the Forte community and foster collaboration.- Actively seek strategic partners to expand the company's opportunities.- Conduct social diagnostics and impact studies.- Coordinate and implement strategies to improve participant engagement and retention.- Utilize applications and platforms such as LinkedIn, Recruitee, Slack, Notion, ClickUp, Miro, Hubspot, Respond.io, Google, Excel (intermediate), Canva, and Word to streamline processes and ensure effective support for students.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.- Prepare periodic qualitative and quantitative reports, analyzing data to assess performance and progress.- Provide guidance and counseling to participants in various areas of their lives, offering resources, and emotional support as needed and enhancing their skills and potential.
