- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries by building excellent rapport & confidence, identifying their needs, and taking strategic action in a timely manner- Provide excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction.- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through the use of desktop applications

Issue and e-mail invoices to customers according to schedule.- Revise sales orders to invoice customers.- Reconcile with foreign customers billing disputes.- Draft sales and taxes reports through Quickbooks.

- Receive and handle all complaints, complaints not applicable and warranty requests issued by the international market clients. - Complete the daily schedule of inspections and technical services. - Manage the routes with the technicians, communicate with the clients, analisis and send the reports of the visits.- Calculate performance and response time indicators.
