I provide services of personnel training and assessment of the English Language for companies and private students with a communicative approach that is student-centered and personalized. The lessons go from basic to advanced students- as based on the objectives by the European Framework of Reference- as well as ESP, according to the students' needs. My main role in this position was to evaluate the level of English of the candidates interested in applying to the different available positions requested by multinatinational enterprises to the company, which also required having a controlled and updated registry of such information for further reference. I worked hand in hand with the recruitment team to not only pass along the information of the approved candidates, but also to contemplate specific cases that may be considered given their potential, further development of language skills and/or the position to be considered.In addition, I provided support in the area of language in the different areas where my assistance was required, such as personnel laguage training and support, document translation, blog entry and copy for social media translation as well as its occassional creation, as well as proofreading of different kinds of texts, such as social media copy, blog entries and emails, among other documents in both English and Spanish. Moreover, I provided assistance to the Human Resources department with the organization of motivational activities for the personnel, as well as with the negotiation of convenants and benefits for the employees with external providers.
