During the internship I worked on developing my license project. Diploma project title: Improving the coverage of smart lighting using DASH7. Within the license project we implemented the DASH7 protocol (Developers alliance for standards harmonization of ISO 18000-7) in an integrated system, low power in order to improve its range. For the implementation of the project, the SAM4S-Xplained microcontroller and the Spirit 1 radio frequency module were used. To achieve communication between them, a driver was created in the C programming language, its implementation starting from the OpenTag operating system. Because each protocol that forms the DASH7 stack acts on it, the task-based FreeRTOS operating system was used to schedule them. From a hardware point of view, the diagram and the printed circuit were made with the help of the Eagle graphic editor.
