• Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations• First point of contact for Open Items.• Follow up of the items that must resolve them on time • Provide input to the Operational Team to make required adjustments.• Monitor open items metrics and analytics.• Identify training and automation opportunities • Detect areas of opportunity in account ownership • Administrator and user of Blackline tool• Project support.• Secure/Support Flow to the work

• Ability to accurately record daily customer payments• Research and apply unallocated cash• Ability to work the collection strategy (road map) to assure all accounts are tracked properly collected.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.• Perform other duties as assigned.
