Main litigation paralegal of the sole practitioner, responsible for all aspects of the cases from inception to completion (as Plaintiffs and Defendants). Most cases were medical malpractice, although some cases involved Probate matters. Responsibilities also included management of the office and finances, including management of the firm’s bank accounts, generating client billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and management of vendor relationships.

Responsible for various aspects of the personal loan area of the Bank, from loan application through closing. In charge of second mortgages, responsibilities included setting up loans in the system, ordering appraisals, surveys, and elevation certificates, following up on underwriters’ requirements and bank requirements to complete loan, and preparing documentation for closings.

Responsible for handling Subpoenas, Notices of Levy, Writs of Garnishment, and taking related actions to ensure bank’s compliance.
