- Follow up on any guest issues and ensure proper resolution
- Sustain safety protocols, ensuring proper and cost-effective equipment and material usage.
- Facilitate improvements to workflow and room turnover with hands-on, proactive management style.
- Submit and follow up on any repair requests to maintenance team.
- Collaborate with front desk to respond promptly to all guest requests.
