Almost 20 years of experience in International Public Relations, Marketing, Communication and Change Management in Transformation projects have given me strong strategic planning skills and the ability to develop, implement and evaluate strategies and actions. I have recently I have started 2 small Ecommerce businesses in Spain, commercializing textil, footwear and fashion products, where I have been able to develop myself as an entrepreneur, and implement digital marketing strategies, social networks, sales and distribution channels, logistics and negotiation and relationship with suppliers.Previously, I worked for Pemex in the oil and gas industry (the most important company in Mexico and one of the largest in LatinAmerica), managing Public Relations at the CEO's office, event planning, international congresses and oil&gas events, sponsorships, media content and promotion strategies for the company. I also implemented change management and organizational cultural change in the company. I have worked in International Communications, Marketing and Branding Projects for Mexico, North America, Europe and Asia. I also worked in South Korea as the Director of the Mexico Pavilion for the International Expo Korea 2012, with more than 30 people under my direction. I am focused in results and problem solving, as well as I have strong abilities in leadership, team work, negotiation, persuasion and innovation. I like dynamic and challenging tasks from which I can improve my abilities and knowledge as I give an added value to the institution/organization.
