• This role entails coordinating the recruitment process for new employees, from developing the initial marketing plan, advertising, role description and requirements, management of the interview questions, conducting interviews, shortlisting and on boarding process of the new entrants. • Training of new recruits and Contact Centre agents. • Revise and revamp the training plan and scripting according to the business requirements and the size of the training group.• Provide the necessary support systems for new rew recruits.• Monitoring and coaching of staff after the training period to make sure that they are well prepared to integrate with the rest of the team.• Planning and coordination of campaigns, events and recognition programs.• Management of Contact Centre yearly budgets.• Assisting the Team Managers with staff referrals when the need arises.• Keep staff motivated to maintain a high level of customer service and keep attrition to the minimumAssisting with the performance management and review process of team members.• Testing of new banking systems and process in order to deliver new training material and procedures for staff
