  I work with the project management team. Therefore I attend at the meeting for the coordination of the project team (project manager, project engineer, engineering specialist, site manager, buyer, finance, quality, EHS) and I’m involved in the project development.My duties are especially on Finance:• I open the project in SAP and load the contract price, the costs, the provisions, the margins• during the execution of the project I load the costs and I support the PM in updating the forecast.• I also monitor the extra costs and extracontractual activity• I have to prepare and to attend the Project Review with the management. Every change of the project strategy has to be reported in SAP (actual, committed, forecast)• at the end of the project I prepare the financial results of it• I support the head of Project management with monthly report of our Unit projects, by highlighting the main data (contract values, Margins, extra works, delivery time, etc.)• I support the Legal Entity with the financial data relevant to the Steam Business• Management of company bonds and collection of expired bonds
