Phase 3. Acacia Towers: 3 buildings towers apartments of 29 levels each. Both phases with luxury Design and Finishes, participation in the first acacia tower. - Responsible for the Facades, Finishes and Masonry specialties.- Supervision of the activities carried out by the contractors, on time, quality and within budget.- Review and approval of activities through checklist and punchlist.- Contractor bidding: Review and approval of construction proposals: engineering and design blueprints, review of catalogs of concepts of the project to be executed.- Review and approve contractor estimations.- Realization of work orders, additionals, penalty fees and deductions to contract.- Review and inspect work areas for safety construction requirements. - Preparation of work programs and contractual control of contractors estimations.- Organize and lead meetings with contractors to work, based on project priorities and preparation of work plans.

Complex of two vertical towersParticipation in tower two, Residential apartment building with 32 levels.- Responsible for Facades, Finishes and Masonry specialties.- Responsible for logistics and supervision of the execution of work by the contractors on time, quality and budget.- Review the execution of the project through work tours and checklist.- Inventory control, requisitions and materials orders for the project.- Release of areas for the contractor.- Review and authorization of contractor estimations.- Delivery of apartments with final completion and turnkey for delivery to the post-sale area.

Project. Sofia tower and Residential Arboleda (location San Pedro Garza Garcia, Monterrey Nuevo Leon, Mexico) .Projects. Sofia tower: mixed-use building (residential and offices) with 40 levels.Residential Arboleda: Cassea tower building with 23 levels and Dahila tower building with 16 levels, apartment buildings.- Responsible for directing activities and supervising the contractors.- Responsible for logistics and the purchase of materials with suppliers.- Carry out weekly inventories.- Delivery update weekly report of the project progress to manager and project director.- Logistics with the manager administration of the tower and with the owners of the residential apartments or personnel in charge of offices.- Attend guarantees of the project, apartments and offices.- Supervision and revision of the works executed by checklist.- Review and approve contractor estimations.- Responsible for delivering to the project administration, the building based on the scope of the project with the requested quality.

Residential Arboleda (location San Pedro Garza Garcia, Monterrey Nuevo Leon, Mexico).Residential Arboleda, Cassea tower Building with 23 levels and Dahila tower building with 16 levels and 2 villas: Villa Uvah 6 levels and Villa Magnolia 10 levels, complex of residential apartments.- Upload official blueprints, as-built plans and technical sheets to the PMWEB ESCALA platform through RFI's and submittals.- Realization of fortnightly estimations.- Delivery update weekly report of the project progress to project manager.- Quantifications of physical installations on site and on blueprints.- Realization of As-built plans.
