Both phases with luxury Design and Finishes, participation in the first acacia tower. - Responsible for the Facades, Finishes and Masonry specialties.- Supervision of the activities carried out by the contractors, on time, quality and within budget.- Review and approval of activities through checklist and punchlist.- Contractor bidding: Review and approval of construction proposals: engineering and design blueprints, review of catalogs of concepts of the project to be executed.- Review and approve contractor estimations.- Realization of work orders, additionals, penalty fees and deductions to contract.- Review and inspect work areas for safety construction requirements. - Preparation of work programs and contractual control of contractors estimations.- Organize and lead meetings with contractors to work, based on project priorities and preparation of work plans.
