Coordinating the activities of the Central Branch, having the responsibilities assigned according to the rules of BCR:- creating the business plans in order to meet the branch objectives, in accordance with the strategic concept of the BCR and EBG;- coordinating and supervising the subordinate staff in order to achieve the allocated sales targets;- providing coaching for the whole sales team;- responsible for the sales results of the branch;- personal involvement in meetings with important clients or potential clients;- establishing and assessing the individual performance of the subordinate staff;- monitoring the enforcement of regulations and performing hierarchical control within the unit to ensure an effective control of the branch activity;
