Responsibilities:Being a start up, one of the responsibilities included being involved in business development,which included proactively approaching potential new clients, being involved in meetings withcompanies in various industries, preparing proposals for recruitment services and attendingprofessional events to build a wide network.- Prospecting and Cold-calling activities-seeking new opportunities for new projects;- Tracking the process of bidding and contracting as part of the negotiation;- Keeping in touch with current customers through visits, needs analysis and providingfeedback loop constantly;- Create job postings, network with passive candidates, work closely with hiring managers andexecutives, support and create robust sourcing strategies.- Participation at creating specific procedures and process maps for implementingISO 9001 Quality Management System.
