Design and implement the business strategy for liabilities department for consumer and preferred banking customers, individuals and liberal professions;Continuous focus on increasing liabilities balance sheet according to the plan;Monitor the banking market and economic & financial environment in order to propose and implement the pricing strategy for liabilities products;Analyse the consumer behaviours in order to develop and implement new products suitable for their needs;Portfolio analysis, continuous monitoring of the cost and performance vs. target evolution;Periodical presentations and update of the top management regarding portfolio evolution, liabilities strategy implementation and status of the projects' development;Set up targets for sales force directly linked to business objectives;Permanent enhancement of the processes and products in order to create a unique experience of the clients in relation with the bank;Pricing negotiations for certain preferred banking customers;Create procedures, product descriptions, products & services risk assessment documents;Supervise the documentation update in order to accomodate the legislative changes, new implemented products, features and services.

Close monitoring of the business strategy implementation;Management of the Royal Preferred Banking customer segment in order to fulfil the business objectives;Portfolio & sales force performance monitoring (assets under administration, profitability, etc);New products development and the necessary documentation creation in order to accommodate the implementation in production;Procedure design to reflect the process flows and the responsabilities for each department involved (procedures for investment products, processes especially designed for preferred banking customers, etc);Identify the key elements necessary to accommodate certain loans requiring special approvals, inclusively supporting the cases to Group management;Close communication with preferred bankers in order to identify customers needs and their expectations regarding the quality of the services and products;Prepare training materials, organize and support trainings for sales force.

Actively contribute in credit policies creation, enhancement and update in order to ensure their compliance with the internal and external regulations.Review the process manuals for all credit functions;Test the new system functionalities, including credit scoring;Credit portfolio analysis.

Sale credit products to individuals and companies;Analyze the loan documentation for companies and individuals;Negotiate the bank’s loans offer for companies and certain individuals;Implement and monitor the loans granted to individuals and companies.

Present and promote the bank’s saving and credit offers according to customers needs, using cross-selling technique;Analyze the individuals loan documentations;Check and carry out the cash operations (national and foreign currency) demanded by the clients;Verify and process the customers’ documents.
